The articles on this site are written by author Mike Gorden. He grew up in the relevant scene and knows the deepest secrets of BDSM not just from books but from personal experience. If you’ve read his book “Empath”, you’ll recognise: Much of it he’s lived through himself.
Born in 1962 in Bremen, Mike Gorden started with a chemistry degree before reorienting himself and retraining as a businessman. Since 1997, he’s run this online shop for special accessories and lifestyle products. His personal motto reads: “It’s never too late for a new beginning.”
As an author, he mainly writes science fiction and has already published three extensive thrillers with gay protagonists, which together form the “Moíra Cycle”. The next instalment in this cycle is well advanced and awaits completion.
Additionally, he regularly publishes science fiction novellas and is gathering material for an anthology titled “The Wonders of the Apocalypse”.
In 2021, he switched genres for new projects: “Empath” is a gay hardcore thriller, “The Secret of the Undead” a Brittany crime novel. He also has a Bremen crime novel in the works, as well as “Wonders of the Apocalypse”, another novel from the Moíra universe (space opera).
So there’s plenty to read!
